📜 Bigfigures.in Affiliate Program: Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview
By applying to and participating in the Bigfigures.in Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") are confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). This agreement is between Bigfigures.in and the Affiliate.
2. Affiliate Acceptance & Eligibility
• Review: Bigfigures.in reserves the right to review and approve or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
• Eligible Platforms: Affiliates must clearly state the platform(s) they will use (e.g., website, blog, social media, email) in their application.
• Unacceptable Platforms: Affiliates cannot use platforms that promote illegal activities, pornography, violence, or hate speech, or platforms that use misleading or malicious practices.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities & Link Usage
• Link Integrity: Affiliates must use the correct, approved, and up-to-date affiliate links provided by Bigfigures.in. Modifying links is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Representation: Affiliates must clearly and accurately describe Bigfigures.in and its products. Misleading statements about pricing, availability, or product quality are prohibited.
• Required Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines (and local regulations). Disclosure must be close to the affiliate link and visible.
• Example Disclosure: "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase."
• Search Engine Marketing (PPC/SEM):
• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on, using, or incorporating any trademarked terms of Bigfigures.in (e.g., "Bigfigures," "Bigfigures.in") or any confusingly similar misspellings.
• Affiliates must not use "Bigfigures.in" in their ad copy, domain names, or display URLs.
4. Commission & Payment
• Commission Rate: The current commission rate is [Insert specific commission rate, e.g., 5% of Net Sales]. Bigfigures.in reserves the right to change this rate with [Insert notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice to the Affiliate.
• Net Sales: Commission is calculated based on the net purchase amount, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and fees.

5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:
• Self-Referral: Affiliates cannot use their own links to purchase products for personal use.
• Coupon Code Misuse: Using unapproved, expired, or non-affiliate-specific coupon codes.
• Incentivized Traffic: Offering any form of direct payment, incentive, or compensation to users to click on an affiliate link.
• Cookie Stuffing/Forcing: Any practice that attempts to set an affiliate tracking cookie without the user's knowledge or action.
6. Termination
• Termination by Bigfigures.in: Bigfigures.in may terminate this agreement immediately and without prior notice if the Affiliate breaches these T&Cs.
• Termination by Affiliate: The Affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to Bigfigures.in.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all use of Bigfigures.in links, logos, and materials. Any remaining earned commissions (not resulting from prohibited activity) will be paid out during the next scheduled payment cycle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bigfigures.in will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate under this agreement.
